Bose was named vice president of branch transformation and advisory services of Diebold, Incorporated in 2013. He is responsible for driving the company’s global efforts to become a trusted partner and thought leader in retail banking transformation with an emphasis on their physical and digital distribution channels. He has also played a critical role in development of the company’s go-to-market strategy and messaging.

Prior to joining Diebold, Bose held leadership positions at Bank of America, where he led the Consumer Bank’s cross-channel strategy team and helped launch the bank’s initial entry into the digital commerce business for the online and mobile channels. Bose has also been a senior manager at Deloitte Consulting and First Manhattan Consulting Group, and has consulted to numerous top-tier financial services organizations in the U.S, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia.

He has been frequently quoted in industry publications as a retail banking subject matter expert. He has also authored numerous articles on a variety of relevant topics and is a regular speaker at industry conferences.

Bose holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, Columbia University, New York, NY; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Management of Organizations from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University, New York, NY.
