The Corporate Customer View
The Hartsema Group has been building and facilitating corporate customer strategic advisory groups for six years. In this session, Doug Hartsema will share a selection of the common feedback, ideas and advice from a broad cross-section of corporate customers of financial service providers. Hear what they love and what they hate, what they seek and what they avoid, how they shop and how they buy, what they value and what they disregard – and just for fun, how they actually select their financial services providers.
Doug is the managing partner of The Hartsema Group – a consulting practice focused exclusively on the development and orchestration of strategic customer advisory groups. Each of the five partners in the firm have extensive banking and payments backgrounds and a combined 125 years of experience.
